As someone who tries to work on my own vehicle as much as possible, I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my car with these guys when it’s above my head. They are always super kind, super fair with their prices, and have always finished ahead of the time they tell me to pick it up. Craig is always a friendly face to see when I walk in. Barb & Hunter are always great to see at the gas station too! All and all an excellent place. I’ll be bringing my car to this place for years to come, and it’s wonderful to have mechanics you can trust.

Greg at Fastlane Auto in Gloucester was very knowlegible and easy to talk to. My 64 TBird was towed into his shop after a breakdown. The tow guy recommended him. Well he was prompt and efficient in fixing my radiator which blew a hose. Great service and pleasant Tgankbyou I will return when service is needed💜💜😄😄🚙

I made an appointment and dropped my car off as soon as the shop opened at 8am the day of said appointment. My right side rear shock absorber was broken and needed to be replaced, and I was told my left side was on its last leg. I agreed to have them both replaced, was quoted a little over $600, and was told it would be done by the end of the day. However, the work wasn’t completed on the day I had an appointment for, and instead was done around 10am the next day. I was quite disappointed that I didn’t have access to my car all day (and the next morning) for a repair I was quoted would take 2 hours. The staff here were amazing and so kind. My car cover on the undercarriage came loose, and I had to drive home on the highway. So instead of going back to my local auto shop 30 minutes away, I went to Fast Lane. They were pretty busy this day, but still took time to help me take care of this issue, and were quick doing it! If I ever needed to go somewhere again locally for car issues, Fast Lane will definitely be my first stop!

Very reasonable pricing, good work and most importantly, and from our own experience, honesty and trust in their services. Fast lane not only performs MA car inspections requirements, they also perform various mechanical services for their customers. My wife brought her car there to replace all 4 tires and have some mechanical work done including an alignment. Upon inspection, they found the oil level on the car to be extremely low. They suspected on oil burning issue, as a result they recommended not to do the major work now but instead to do an oil change first and check the oil level after 1000 miles to see if the problem will persist. We were extremely grateful for the warning and the advise, it prevented us from spending over a $1000.00 on services that perhaps may not be required unt
