Fast Tire & Auto Repair - West Palm Beach

My husband has been bringing his cars to Fast Tires & Auto Repair for a while now, and Mike has handled everything from brakes to oil changes. Mike, the owner, is the BEST. He’s honest, trustworthy, and never tries to sell you services your car doesn’t need—which is rare these days. I recently started bringing my own car here after my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Mike ran a diagnostic test (normally $100) and didn’t charge me a thing. He then explained what was going on and gave me a very reasonable labor rate to fix all the issues. He even installed my windshield wipers I bought from Costco for me free of charge! It’s such a relief to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust. Highly recommend Fast Tires & Auto Repair.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! I have a BMW and was in a major time crunch with an appointment I couldn't miss. I stopped in because I had an Groupon but wasn’t sure if they’d be able to work on my car. They not only took me in same-day without an appointment, but I also told them that I had exactly one hour, and they managed to get my oil change done perfectly and on time so I could make my meeting. They were incredibly accommodating, telling me to just swing back whenever I was done to finish the 4-wheel alignment. When I returned, they took the car back immediately with zero wait. I came into Fast Tires and Auto Repair today, January 15th, 2026, for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The shop was clean, organized, and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Mike was absolutely amazing and very professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the service clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My oil change was completed much faster than I expected, which I really appreciated. There was no unnecessary waiting or upselling, just honest and efficient service. Came to West Palm Beach for vacation and had some unexpected car issues come about and I called around multiple shops to see who can complete the service for me and was hit with outrageous amounts. I gave fast tires and auto repair call and they gave me the most reasonable rate in made time to fit me in same day. Wouldn't recommend anybody else this is the place to come without a doubt. Mike the owner is phenomenal from the lengths that he is willing to go to take care of his customers end how much pride he takes in his customer service.

So far, customer service is excellent, however.... After I leave with my new parts which is two new tire sensors, an oil change, and one cabin air filter... I'll wait to see how my car functions. I'm taking the old parts with me. I want you to be convinced that this auto shop is 100% honest, which I'm so far comfortable with. The previous ownership and company was not!
