Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Called ahead and confirmed I wanted the 94.99 oil change. After explaining 3 times in person to the tech that’s the one Ive been getting from other places, idc what is ‘recommended’(which always happen to the the most expensive one lol) I was then told the prices apparently changed today and it’s actually 99.99. So between the phone call the day prior and the advertised prices directly in front of my face they had to finesse $5 bucks lmfao. Not to mention it took 25 minutes not 10 like the brand themselves. Terrible service. Will go back to one of the big chain brands after this.

Nice to know these places still exist! Service was quick, to the point, and on my terms. Not pushy on up sells. Attendants greet you briskly with water. Nice experience as a single woman who is used to being taken advantage of. I’ll be back for future services for my Explorer.

Great service. Upfront prices. Soon as I pulled into the bay I was greeted with a cold water bottle. I was given a $15 discount. Totally service took 10-15 minutes (because I was a new customer) and I also was given a free car wash voucher. I just moved to town so this was awesome experience . I’ll be back with my wife’s car sometime this week.

Would not hesitate to recommend Kareem and team at Strickland Brothers. Found them through a google search of ‘honest and reputable oil change near me’ and this place did not disappoint. When you pull up, they provide each passenger with a bottle of water and when your service is done, they give you a free car air freshener. They provide recommendations but never try to upsell you on services. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick and easy. My experience was so good that I brought my other car back an hour later for an oil change. Highly recommend!
