I brought my Jeep into Austin’s shop thinking I needed a part replaced, (falsely diagnosed by another shop) all to find out I needed something else replaced which was more serious/time sensitive. He was completely honest with me about the repairs, provided me a new quote for the actual repair needed (extremely reasonable for the work done), and completed it the next morning. My car is running like brand new. It’s hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic, especially if you’re a woman.
