Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I’ve been coming to this Tidal Wave location daily for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff—they are consistently friendly, helpful, and keep the facility in great shape. I’m writing this as a loyal regular with a specific request regarding the equipment programming. I drive a black car, which unfortunately shows every tiny superficial mark. While the team is great about retracting the brushes upon request, the brushes continue to spin while retracted and still make contact with the sides of my car. I would love to see the programming updated to allow for a 'true touchless' experience where the brushes remain stationary and completely clear of the vehicle when bypassed. I’d hate to have to stop my daily visits to protect my paint, so seeing this small adjustm

Second time here. Car wash was great. Prices are really competitive. The people working there were really nice, something you don't see often. Austin, Troy and the nice young lady right before you enter the car wash were really welcoming and helpful. Basically it's a great car wash with some great customer service. If I lived in the area, I would definitely buy the membership.

I visited Tidal Wave Auto Spa - Lantana today to check them out, and my experience was mixed. When I pulled up, there was a female employee sitting by the dumpster smoking. She then ran up to help me choose a wash, but she smelled strongly of marijuana, which I found very unprofessional. However, after I purchased my wash, another employee, Katelyn, was extremely nice and provided great customer service. She gave me a review card with all the employees’ names so I could share feedback about my experience. Another employee, LJ, was also very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my car. While the service from Katelyn and LJ was great, the initial experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

This is a great car wash. Bob, Katelyn, and LJ were clear on instructions and super friendly. After the wash they provide little towels to add some finishing details which is really nice.

Got the monthly membership and we come every other day. The staff is wonderful and Troy always scrubs the car so well before entering the wash. We love everyone here!
