Fastrak Oil & Lube

After having my oil change appointment pushed twice at another shop, I swung by Fastrak this morning and I don’t know why I ever stopped coming here! In and out super fast, very clean, and the receptionist and technicians were all wonderful. This is the only place I’ll trust for an oil change from now on. Best part? No appointment needed!!! Come early and you’ll be golden!

I’ve been coming here for a while and the staff is friendly, which is why this was a disappointing. I brought my own low and high beam bulbs and asked to have them replaced. I was charged $45 for labor, but only the low beams were installed, and I wasn’t told upfront that the high beams would be extra or not included. I would not have had them changed here if I knew the price would be $100 for labor for both low and high beams. The communication can be better.

The first time I came here the technician placed standard oil rather than synthetic oil, despite my request for the recommended synthetic. I decided to give them a second chance. I received an attitude from the bearded technician regarding a question about a large increase in price. An extremely unwelcoming environment. This location is over $20 more expensive as compared to other local places. The entire process took 9 minutes, so I’m not sure how it can be fully inspected and properly done. Avoid!

Awesome place, First time here and very satisfied. Very clean and friendly. They took my car in right away. Its not just the name. It is a FASTRAK 🫶
