I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care. Massimo was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and honesty made the whole process stress-free—no confusion, no pressure, just clear communication and solid work. AND the pricing was very fair compared to other places I’ve been to. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things right here. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Extremely rude service. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we did not feel welcomed. I made an appointment because my car was making an unusual sound. I was very upfront that I do not know much about cars and described the sound to the best of my ability. When I got the car back, we were charged for what they thought was the issue, but the sound was still there. When we returned, instead of helping resolve the problem, the owner became hostile and blamed us, saying we didn’t describe the issue correctly and that it was our fault. But they would have solved the issue correctly if they simply took my car for a test drive and didn't just make a guess to what the problem was. (They took the car for a test drive when we returned the second time where they finally figured out the real prob

I trust Max at Meineke for all my car repairs. My latest project is a 2012 Kia, and Meineke fixed all the brakes along with rotors and the calipers, plus two new tires overnight and at a great price. I recommend Meineke highly

The team did a great job with my daughter’s Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle needed major exhaust system work. Vehicle sounds and runs great. I plan to take all my vehicles there now.
