Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had recently moved to the area and needed a new mechanic. A friend of mine recommended me to Firestone, once I saw the reviews I knew I was good in hands. Everyone was amazing. From the front desk to the techs they were all informative, super super friendly. Once I asked for the estimate they were insanely understanding of how high the bill was, and were willing to look for any possible discounts to help me out. I didn’t even complain, just the fact they were right off the bat so friendly made this experience so flawless. I will definitely be coming back for repairs or anything simple!!.

Amanda and the technician that serviced my vehicle were EXCELLENT! Amanda also appropriately listened to my needs, probed my concerns to ensure my articulated vehicle issues were understood, and delivered outstanding customer support during my interactions in the store and on the phone. Communication during the amount of time to resolve my issue from my initial store visit to diagnose my vehicle to picking up it up could have been improved due to a dealer part that needed to be ordered. I contacted the store multiple times to receive updates rather than the store contacting me to keep me informed. I understand my experience also had a publicly observed holiday (Thanksgiving) which may have slowed shipping of the part, however, I am also aware the part was expedited after speaking with Aman

I came into the Middletown Firestone on Route 35 with a total rush job — heading to PA with my daughter and suddenly dealing with a dead battery. Amanda at the counter took my concerns to heart and got me in right away. The service here is truly exceptional. They’re kind, caring, and incredibly quick. I grabbed a delicious cup of coffee and appreciated the holiday movie playing on the screen while I waited — I wasn’t there long, but it made the experience even nicer. Just as I was about to leave, I remembered my air-filter light had come on. They took care of that too, and now my car is completely ready to go. Great service, great shop — no wonder my husband uses them for all his car needs as well. Highly recommend!

Firestone is reliable and never tries to upsell. Their staff is amazing and keep in constant contact about the work. I get everything done here because the work is quality. The Firestone staff are friendly and dependable. They took care of the services quickly and made great recommendations.

Ryan at the front desk was a great, ethical person to deal with when a mistake was made regarding the tire job I scheduled. They did everything that they could to help me during a miscommunication, and I will only be using Firestone from here on out. 5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. Cheaper tire service offerings than Mavis Discount Tires and any of your local dealerships. The waiting room was clean, too.
