They don't even deserve a star. I dropped off my car a year ago and provided all the parts needed for the repair and nothing was ever done. They kept making excuses and changing the date of completion. At least I got my deposit back. I just learned the hard way that an overall good rating is not always a good indicator. The picture attached is from today after I picked up the car.

I had my front bumper and Fender liner damaged. So I had a request to reinstall and then later based on team's observation replace that. Actual work was really good. I couldn't differentiate the paint for the bumper vs car so really great job done. Also i did not hear any noise or any issue after driving for a week. I really had a good experience and I was really happy with all the service till the end (5 stars) until I met the owner who was utterly rude just for asking discount. It was not a question about whether he can give discount or not. It was still an excellent work but he was very rude even though I made several attempts to calm down situation. My mother was in an accident that left her vehicle with repairs that 'totaled' her car from an insurance standpoint. She received an insurance check that covered the estimated costs of repair, but because the insurance company had totaled the car, the repair shop we had it at originally wouldn't repair it (only dealt with insurance). Because of this, we shopped around for smaller companies willing to work on her vehicle. We found F&B Collision and contacted them. Dax and Noah were polite, professional, and accommodating. Because the vehicle was still drivable, my mom kept it while F&B ordered the parts. In total, I believe the car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. We did get a couple of completion dates that were missed... I believe there was an issue with one of the ordered parts

Great people to work with, the price was more than fair! The owner himself stopped what he was doing (Something in back) to come take a look at my truck..... they gave me a few options to choose from 100% will use them for all my body work!
