I had my VERY old '97 Honda Accord in for an oil change and a repair. I have always taken my Accord to Feist. They've treated me well, and they know Honda's. They came in just under the estimate they gave me, and I am VERY pleased with the work they did. I know these are mechanics I can trust, so I will continue to use them. Thanks to James, the newest team member at Feist, for his help with my old car, and for setting me up with a loaner car while mine was being fixed.

On 10/31/2025 we were at North Memorial Hospital after our appointment our car would not start. We called Feist and spoke to Ethan, he told that he would send Feist towing and Shane arrived super fast and he took us to Feist where we met up with Ethan and he told us not to worry and gave us a loaner car.And told us to check back Monday. On Monday we met Mike the shop manager and he explained everything to us he was so good to us. We have been going to Feist since 2017 for all our repairs ,Our mechanic Ethan has alway taken excellent care of us he is one of a kind and he always goes above and beyond". We had to have our vehicle towed. I also had to ride home in the tow truck. There was no back seat but three of us. I’m not going to lie, I was nervous at first because it was about an hour ride and I had no idea who Shane and Joe were…. Before we even got onto 94, I knew I was going to make it home safe and sound. I don’t even really know where to start, but Shane and Joe are two of the most kind, caring and awesome people I have ever met. We talked the whole ride home and I feel like I found two new friends. You have two AMAZING drivers working for your company!! Please tell them I say thank you again for getting me home safe and sound!
