February 20, 2026 6:27 pm A long story made short. My trip from Portland, Oregon to Salt Lake City was cut short right here on I-84 in La Grande. I’m thankful that the issue that occurred took place after getting on this side of Deadman’s Pass (pick a name of many). Matt, aka Yogi, was the person who I spoke to on the phone and the person who did the tow. Matt is good at what he does. He knows how to communicate, has a good attitude and did more than he needed too to execute top notch customer service. If you find the reviews of the Fenn team to be favorable to you - believe the reviews!!!

An honest place. My son rolled his truck, Fenn's retrieved it. They laid out all the cost and were nice enough to wave the storage fee to help us. All costs explained up front and storage was not even expensive to begin with. In my experience.

Dennis picked up my pickup and boat on Saturday evening (10/18/25) when I was stranded on I-84. Every company I called from Google recommendations referred me to Fenn’s, as he was the only one in the area that could handle large trailers. Dennis picked up on the first ring and had me loaded up inside an hour. As someone who makes several trips from Boise to the Oregon Coast per year, it brings a lot peace of mind knowing that Dennis and team are around. Visiting La Grande today driving up to Morgan Lake and on our way back down our truck had mechanical issues. Called Fenns towing and repair. They sent a driver who arrived within 30 minutes. The tow truck driver Ryan did an excelente job! Thank you Fenns towing and Ryan for helping us

These guys were so kind and helpful. We were stranded in our RV. They helped us find a local mechanic and the family even brought an extra car to drive my family to a hotel. If you’re ever near the Lagrande area anywhere this is your go to! Great company.
