I’ve been looking for a new pickup for a while. Silly me, I’ve been looking all over and not in my own home town. My wife saw a beautiful blue pickup on their lot and asked if I had checked it out yet. Long story, sorry. But we had an incredible buying experience from Goss. The sales staff (Josh who we worked with) was amazing. Simple, and easy from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. The price was as good or better than what I could find anywhere else. I will continue to go to them with all our car business from now on.

We were very pleased we our purchasing experience a couple of months ago with Goss Motors! We have worked with them in the past and came back because of that pleasant experience. We were casually searching for a family vehicle with towing capacity and Ben was able to show us a vehicle that met all of our needs. We were hesitant to purchase a higher-mileage vehicle but Ben and the crew at Goss went through all systems and fixed things that needed fixed right away. Poor customer service in the service department. No one to guide you in when you arrive. I was told a basic oil change would take an hour. After waiting an hour and half and the staff had began to leave the lights had been turned off at the service desk, I still had not been notified my car was done. I tried to find someone in the service department and ended up going to the sales office. They had to go find some one and finally came back and said the car was done they had just got busy and forgot. They didn't seem to have any problem finding someone to take my credit card though. My regular oil change place is super friendly and quick and cheaper. I came to Goss because we had just bought the vehicle there. I called a salesman (Ben) to see if they had any budget friendly vehicles that weren’t listed online. Ben stated that he believed they had a couple, and asked what I was looking for. Ben called me back promptly, and within the day, I purchased a vehicle from Goss. To no fault of their own, the next day, the Check Engine Light came on. I called them and they had me bring the vehicle in immediately. Within 2 hours, an O2 sensor was replaced, without charging me a fee, and the vehicle has been working great ever since. A friend recommended Goss to me, and I’m so glad they did :) Can’t say enough nice things about the process, Ben, and Goss.

Worst service department ever…..period. The last mistake they made, may have lost them a customer for life. I have owned 4 GMC trucks, still have 3 of them. I hesitate dropping almost $100k for a truck with mediocre customer service anytime a truck needs serviced. I was about to buy another from them, I refuse to give them any more hard-earned dollars. Sorry sales guy….you’re nice, but your service department needs to get their shit together. I have been to other dealer service department that are way better than this particular location. I do not recommend this location. I won’t hesitate to drive an extra hour or two, get better service, and peace of mind any problem is fixed properly.
