Freightliner Northwest

Unbelievable service. After I had worked done at another Freightliner that was not done correctly I pulled into this shop. From the start they were friendly and courteous. Sam was amazing at getting me started and Paul the mechanic really knew what he was doing. After a short time he had reset the perimeter to the correct one solved the problem and got me moving again. Sam took the time to call and got the order shop to pay the bill. Thank you guys I really appreciate you.

Let me start by saying how punctual, professional, and amazing the service was, along with the incredible staff. On 12/2/25, I noticed dense smoke coming from my engine while doing a regen. It was raining that morning as I was finishing up my 10-hour break at the Flying J truck stop. I decided to take my truck across the street to Freightliner, where I met Sam, the service account manager, and Darin Black, the general manager. I explained the issue to Darin, and he personally walked outside with me to inspect the truck. After checking it, he confirmed that I had a blown head gasket. I asked how long the repair would take, and he told me that if that was the only issue, it would take a maximum of three days. I also informed Darin that my truck had previously been serviced at the Freightline

I was truly blessed to breakdown near this dealer. If that is such a thing. But I was able to limp off Cabbage Hill after my radiator separated and the crew here took care of me like a king Sam and Darryl and all the employees are what great companies are supported by a d this is one of them Thank you so much everyone at Northwest Freightliner

Of course breaking down anytime is not ideal. We were already in a time crunch. But these guys made it so much less painful. They pulled the rig back out after diag so we could stay in it over the weekend rather than pack up to a motel. Sam (service writer) was a great communicator about the status of parts and work. We run our business from the road with all our animals so time at a shop can be stressful but they were so accommodating. We lucked out with these guys. We want to clone Sam for every motorcycle shop that we train across the country who needs a great service writer! Happy Thanksgiving guys!

So good people, front desk, mechanic, best place I ever been. Have problem with Starter on my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia, Saturday, in and out quickly and labor 170$ per hour. The place is amazing.
