Fenton Holly Transmission and Gear

This is actually the second time I've gone in for repairs. The first time was to have work done on my 2014 F150 currently with over 526,000 miles on it. So you know I take care of my vehicles. This time it was to make a repair on my wife's car. What I thought may be a transmission issue turned out to be a failing fuel pump. Don and Mark were quick to diagnose and communicate the issue, then completed the repair in a matter of hours. I REALLY appreciate the way they take care of their customers. They're honest and straight forward. I highly recommend them!

I was hearing a rumble, like a loose tire or rumble strips. We were on our way, RV in tow, to Arizona. I called Don when they opened and he said he could fit us in. We were back on the road by 2:00. The truck sounded great. We're now in New Mexico, 12 days later, and my F150 is still performing fantastically. Don and his shop went way above and provided phenomenal service. Because of them, we got to spend more time getting to our winter destination.

I had gotten a quote for repairs from a local dealership to repair several oil leaks and the cost came out to $2,351.84. My friend referred me to Fenton holly transmission to obtain a quote since they have repaired her cars in the past for her at a very fair/reasonable price. I called and spoke to Mark, he was great to speak with, he took all of the information needed, let me send him pictures of the damages. Told him the parts needed based on the 1st quote. I took my son’s new-to-him car to Fenton Holly Transmission and Gear for work. Don was friendly, professional and took the time to explain some pretty complex issues and made them understandable. He explained various options to fit different budgets and got the initial job done when he said it would be. He and his crew are highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had to take one of my vehicles in for repairs the older it gets over the past few years. As well as other cars I’ve owned. The staff and management are friendly, honest, and they stand by their work! I highly recommend their services to anyone I know looking for a local company to do repairs. They don’t try to sell you unnecessary repair work. They will even be honest about rather it is worth fixing. Which is hard to find. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
