Was an awesome experience purchasing my newer jeep wrangler. Mr Rowe from start to finish made my overall purchase spectacular was in and out in less than two hours made it to work even on time. I financed a used 2022 Maverick truck last week from salesman Joe. It was a stellar purchasing experience, I was at ease the whole process. Joe made me feel like an equal, never once did I feel pressured or forced into my purchase. We talked like friends, and he was honest with all of the information and made the deal simple. The finance guy Nicholas was equally relaxed, upfront and honest about all financing options and extras. He really made an attempt to get me the best possible deal from the banks, and made sure I knew everything I needed to. All in all, I’d highly recommend buying from Szott Ford.

Brendan was such a great salesman! First time ever coming and he was professional, kind and you could tell he was trying to give us the beat deal. I didnt feel scammed or taken advantage like some previous salesmen attempted to do, especially being a women buying a car. The dealership itself felt very welcoming, other coworkers were friendly and you could tell they all work as a team. I’ll absolutely be returning and sending everyone i know to this dealership, especially brendan! Im also absolutely in love with my car best quarter life crisis decision.

We had such a great experience at Szott Ford in Holly, MI! Our salesperson, Delila Brown was knowledgeable and friendly. We felt no pressure as she walked us through all of our options. I also have to highlight our financing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Nick in their finance department. He laid everything out clearly and worked to provide an excellent rate for us. Their hospitality area was an added bonus. While I didn’t try them, they had massage chairs and a great coffee bar! I would genuinely recommend checking out Szott in Holly if you’re in need of a new vehicle!
