Update! March 2025 had another spectacular experience! Highly recommend this service! 2024: What an awesome experience we had with John at Great Lakes Auto Detailing! He was an excellent communicator and did a superb job detailing our family car. He was able to service my car on a nice day in the parking lot while I was working, so it was a special treat to finish the work day and come out to (what felt like) a brand new car! Highly recommend his services!

John washed, waxed and polished my Little Guy Max camper. He did a fabulous job and went beyond my expectations, even found some algae on my roof that I didn’t know about. He scrubbed it until it was removed. He polished my wheels and my plastic windows along with the roof and sides of the camper. My camper’s finish was dull and in sad shape. Now it looks brand new.

Disrespectful ownership. Spoke poorly towards the motorcyclist community stating they hope more of us die in wrecks. I reccomend going anywhere else or even washing your car yourself.

Took my car in for a detail. When I got there the shop was so unorganized, the workers were so disrespectful, and I can’t leave out the fact they scratched my paint! Never go here as they will make your life a living hell.

I took my silverado there for a detail and polish when i got it back it looked the same if not worse then if that wasnt bad enough they left swirls on my paint it all looks marred like they didn’t even try to clay bar it i seen the good reviews and had really high hopes but it ended up being a disappointment i would never recommend you to come to this shop or anyone you know this place is a dump and when i tried to get my refund the person on the phone had a attitude and was very rude
