Fidel's Auto Repair

Fidel is totally awesome. I've known him for nearly 15 years and he's never disappointed me. He does all kinds of repairs. He loves VW and Audi and it's rare to find someone who works on them. His timing might a bit off when he's super busy, but the savings will more than make up for it

I can't say anything about prices because I've never actually scheduled a service with them, but I've lived close to the shop for about a decade and they've been probablythe best neighbors I've ever had. They saw me struggling to jump my car with my dinky jumper and came over with their own, they saw me and my friends trying to get my car off the snow pile it was stuck on and got out a chain to pull it off with their own vehicle, and the one time I got so desperate I went to ask for help with my key stuck in the ignition (fully intending to pay whatever I needed) they got it out with no trouble and no cost. I don't have the money to pay for the upkeep I know my car needs right now but when I do I fully intend for them to be my go-to shop, both for their kindness, their lack of condescens

I have been going to fidel for years and never had any problems with services. Also fidel is not a car dealer so I'm not sure what the review for the car is all about. But I would most definitely use his shop if you haven't. He is straight forward and gets the job done.

Sold me a car saying it was mechanical sound...not even 24hrs later the service engine light turns on and I find out it has engine problems...can't be mechanically sound if it has engine problems...on top of a lot of front end work that needed done...they doctor cars up just to get a quick sell...do not trust them at all!!

Good service in oil change and brakes jobs 👍
