Fineline Collision

My partner crashed my car and my grandpa recommended Fine Line so i had it towed here. Stephanie was so vile to me on the phone while i was on the line with Progressive. She kept asking how to spell my last name and every time i tried she’d talk over me to say i need to “get my shit together” and learn how to spell before i call and waste her time. my last name is very simple and 5 letters, im not sure why that was hard for her. She would not let me speak and kept telling me that my vehicle was not there (it was). Progressive actually told me in order to move forward i needed to move my vehicle to a shop that would not speak to me and their rep like that. Stephanie then proceeded to call us names and say that i did not even have a car there (again, yes i did) and the she hung up on us. She

This place saved me big time. Im from south buffalo heading to ironwood goof course this morning and literally 1/4 mile from their shop my lug nuts became loose and wheel started to wobble. My buddy was behind me and drove to tge shop and asked if he could borrow a socket. They did one better and a young kid that worked there hopped in my friends truck with a jack and impact drill and tightened my lugs right up. It was less than 10 minutes from the time i pulled over to the time i was back on the road. He wouldn't accept any money for helping me. Cant say enough nice things. If i didnt live 40 minutes from them i would have no hesitation going to this shop on the regular. Thank you again
