Amazing service by Johnathan in the service department. I’m actually from Buffalo I was traveling to take my daughter to a track meet at Houghton University while on our way there my low tire pressure light came on I pulled over on the expressway and air was coming out of my tire rapidly, I immediately exited and by the time I got to the gas station I went in came out and my tire was flat I attempted to add fix a flat but didn’t know how someone told me a service station was up the road so I feel the tire back up with air and hit down the road and came across West Herr. Emotionally and saddened due to my daughter missing her track meet I entered West Herr and spoke with Jonathan… He immediately said he’ll have someone take a look at it and fix my tire. He didn’t try to sell me a new tire h

Awsome and timely service. The wait was seamless as John and team kept me informed through the process and requested to add in only serves that were truly needed. As in inspection being 6 months out of date.. even saved me a pending ticket .. lol

As always Jonathan greeted me with a smile on his face. I was a little early for my appointment however Jonathan took care of me immediately. The technician promptly began to service my vehicle and I was back on my way before I knew it. This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Walked in the day of the appointment and Michael greeted me with a smile and said hello, how can I help you? I told him and he got me all set with the shuttle. Called me back when my car was ready. I went in to get my car and he walked to my car and explained to me everything that was done to my car. What a great guy! Thank you Michael!!

Everything was great for my oil change and inspection. So I thought. Until the following day my truck started running extremely hot! Check coolant it's almost empty... I almost over heated on the thruway. Terrible service..I love west herr. But this is just unacceptable.
