I normally do most of my own auto services. However, I needed to buy tires and I bought them from Tire Rack. I also looked at their installation services and they noted a Monro service center that was close to where I live. Normally, I think of Monroe as overpriced but I saw the install price on the Tire Rack website and I thought it was reasonable. I spoke to Charles on the phone and he told me I could bring it in on the same day and leave it and he would have it done during the afternoon. He called me about four hours later and said My truck was all set. He also checked if I needed an alignment. And told me that it seemed to be OK. I always take my car into Monro in east aurora for my oil changes and any other problems. They are always courteous and keep me posted on where they are with my car. Charles gave me some suggestions on new cars which I really appreciated. All in all great guys and service!

The staff, especially Charles, is friendly and knowledgeable, and they don't try to push services I don't need. They're straightforward, get the job done right, and are often surprisingly fast.
