Got me in quickly for an oil change and inspection. The store manager, Pauline and her team were incredibly nice and very helpful. I will definitely go back!

Terrible. I scheduled an appointment for 1pm for a tire repair. They picked the time. An hour later my vehicle is still outside. When I asked he made excuses he was at lunch. But still did not get back to me on how long. If coming here, plan on losing the day. So after waiting another 20 min. I asked when my vehicle would be starred on and he came back out and told me it was going to be a while longer. I asked why he scheduled the appointment if he could not do it. I asked for my key back and left. Stay away from this shop unless you want to water away your day. So a day later service manager called apologizing and offered to fix the tire and make it right. Took it in next morning and they where on it. Thank you for caring about my business.

I dealt with Tim, Sean and Noah at this Goodyear location. I was in a pinch and needed tire repair and Tim helped me get in the same day when he didn’t have to. Sean was very informative and Noah showed me grace and kindness when I wasn’t having my best day. I recommend Goodyear in East Aurora ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a bolt in my tire, brought it in and the very friendly staff helped me out instantly during a busy holiday time! Had it fixed up and back on my way. Highly recommend!

Needed oil change and tire rotation. Was already waiting 2 hrs when they notified me I needed brake shoes and oh my car inspection was 3 mo overdue! They said possibly 2 more hours, but they put extra technicians on it and got me out earlier!
