Finish Line Car Wash

I went for the first time after passing it for a few months. I paid $25 for the “Full Service” wash. The outside of the car was cleaned very well!! However, when I got back inside my car after the team finished drying the car, I saw the horrible vacuum job done. There was still debris under my back seats and the backseat also still had crumbs on it and in the cracks (I have an 8 year old). It wasn’t the best wash I’ve had but it did get the snow and salt off the outside and they were fast with the service (I kind of see why they were so fast though). More than likely, I wouldn’t use them again. Especially not for a $25 “Full Service” wash while getting half service.

I wish I can give them 4 stars, but twice I went there at 8am, and wasnt open. Machines were off, no one on the line, closed. Waited close.to 15.minutes before the machines were turned on and guys were on the line. The second time I left and went to their competitor on the livingston/eh border.

I went for Full service wash and after paying $25, I still have the stain on my bumper and body and the interiors were not clean, car console was never cleaned, cup holders not wiped down, they barely vacuumed. Don't waste your money.

Great experience. First time going and I am very strict with car washes I go to because of my cars rims, they are very big and get scratched easily. The employees made sure to carefully take care of my car and went out of their way and adjust their tracks so my tires would fit. The car came out clean and for the price they charge, they clean the inside and outside for only $22.95, absolute steal in today’s economy. Definitely going back again.

Paid for the silver package normally today there isn’t an issue but my entire car has dirt streaks all over it and I’m very disappointed. They didn’t do a good job w the vacuuming and the interior wasn’t even touched.
