Finishing Touch Body Shop and Detail LLC

Took my husband's truck they did a good job. Could have been better but we did get a discount due to not enough time for them to do as well as they would have liked. Overall happy with it. Will give it another try at a later date. Friendly service.

I don't normally do reviews but I had 2 little scratches on my new 2024 Ram 1500 Limited and it bugged me so bad so I found Finishing Touch Body Shop and called and talked to Tony the owner. I explained my issue and he said to come on by to take a look at it. He said it was something he could take care of and told me to go get some touch up paint from the Ram dealership. so I got the touch up paint and returned to Tony he cleaned the scratch area and tried compound to see if the scratches would come out but was too deep so he put the touch up paint said to let dry and return to him and so it took a few trips to him as he layered the touch paint then clear coated on another trip. The final trip he put more touch up paint with clear coat and blended them in now you can't tell there were scra

Had a dent in my back bumper from someone nudging my car and just leaving. stopped by Finishing Touch for 15 minutes and he already had it pushed back out and looking 100 times better. no charge.

Tony does a great job. He repaired my 02 Mustang replacing the driver door and fender and I've got to say it looks brand new. My only complaint is they don't do a very good job communicating when things take longer than expected.

I was told there were two vehicles in front of me and I would be contacted after they finished them up and got them delivered well two weeks went by, so I contacted them and then it turned into 12 vehicles in front me. I went to Macks body shop in Hartselle and was gotten to the next day and got my car back within 2 days. Macks did a really great job and I will use them if ever needed again.
