Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience. First time I had an oil leak. That was fixed but went through a lot of run around getting discounts that were advertised. Right away had an issue that required I take my vehicle back for an adjustment. One year almost to the day same major oil leak but first was told it was my transmission. Got a 2nd opinion and it was not. Returned because should have been under warranty but dispute over a 2 day they said when same problem they fixed occurred. 1 year to replace a same gasket with a major labor charge. Settled on me paying almost half out of pocket. I don't think it was fixed correctly the first time. Not something that wears out after less than 10,000 mile. DO NOT GO HERE! This location SUCKS!!!!! I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with the Firestone in Apple Valley, MN. In April, I brought my car in to get the brakes replaced. After leaving, my car didn’t feel right, so I brought it back a week later. They admitted they had accidentally installed a faulty part and fixed it. Then on October 15, I brought my car back again to replace a flat tire. They told me the tire was changed and everything was good to go. As soon as I left, my car felt off and the tire light came on. When I called, they told me to drive a few miles and said the light would turn off. The next day, my car still felt weird, the light was still on, and when I got to work, the tire was completely flat again. When I called the shop, the employee acted like it wasn’

They helped me get to the core of an issue and stopped me from worrying about the high cost I was quoted from another shop. That same shop had let me know about issues and said stuff was broken right off the bat but I have time. I took my car to Firestone and they checked the issue the other shop said was broken and reassured me that the axle was in good condition and not broken like I was told. I also got a discount on my diagnostic check and they did a free realignment for me as well. Very nice and understanding men that work there, great service.

Russell and his team did an amazing job. They were very accommodating, professional, and understanding of my unique situation. Which was a major relief and stress free. I highly recommend this location. Will absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here. Thank you Russell and team. Izzy
