I want to thank Caleb and Jacob for helping me out December 1st during that lovely snow storm. I was trying to get tires put on my car at another location and they could not get the lug nuts off. I called to see if they would possibly be able to loosen them so I could come back and get my tires put on the car and they agreed. After they did that in a return to the other location they still could not get all the wheels off to replace my tires so I called them back and he said just load up the tires and bring them over here. This is already like 6:30 p.m. and they close at 7:00. I got my tires loaded up I went over there they finished with their previous customer and got started online. It ended up being 8:30 at night before they were finished. I just want to say that the service was excepti

Amazing experience. They were patient and understood what I was talking about. Joe is amazing. Talked to him on the phone when trying to figure out the next steps for my scrap of a car. He actually made my day better. Thanks guys. This shop wont take advantage of not knowing your vehicle or who you are. They will help you understand before doing anything to your car.

Professional, competent and personable. I always have my tire pressure checked before taking trips out of town. The service team willingly checks the tires and does not charge, although I give them a tip. I have used Firestone for all my auto service. The tire check is an appreciated act of kindness.

They lied just to gain my business. I was told when I called that they could get my vehicle finished yesterday. However, it’s the following day and when I called to check up. They said “the tires haven’t even arrived yet and the weather may cause delays”. There has been no “weather”. The snow isn’t supposed to hit until this afternoon into the whole weekend.had it been finished yesterday like they said.. there would be no weather affecting this. I told him, had I known they couldn’t have actually gotten it done I could have called around to other places to get it done. This is a WORK vehicle that needs to be out on the roads this weekend to make the business money. And this type of mishap is HUGE for our business. They lied. Now are blaming “weather” for their lie.
