Firestone is my absolute go-to place for anything my car needs. I've been taking my cherished '02 Ford Explorer here for a little while now and they've never done anything short of an amazing job. Brittany is the only person that I've spoken to directly, and she's always been pleasant to talk to in person and over the phone! It's very clear that my business here is greatly appreciated, and I can't thank the team enough for the amazing work they've put into keeping my car running smoothly each and every time I stop by. My vehicle was processed quicker than requested, and the local shop here in Cheyenne, WY gave me flexibility to drop it at my convenience. The manager was great to help explain what was done and recommendations for best practice maintenance. The team that does work on my vehicle is top notch :) Will keep coming back.

They screwed up 3 of my brand new tires when they installed them. I didn’t know this until I asked them the put them on new rims. They told me I couldn’t use them due to the fact they slashed the beading when they were installed. They wanted me to buy 3 brand new tires as half the cost of what a new one is. So I’m going to pay because they screwed up the tires when they installed them. That’s horrible business. They use to take care of their customers but that’s out the window. I’ll never use them again or recommend them.

The BEST! Ive been using Firestone since 2003. I bring all me vehicles here for the basics. Oblivious for tires & wheel alignments. I will recommend the lifetime alignment if this is a automobile your going to have longer than 6 months or more. What I love about this location is the customer service, especially Brittney. Always above and beyond CS. She saved me as I drove across the country. It's a no brainer, your car needs anything....just see Firestone. Thank you again!

What a great service dept. Brought my pick up in for a flat repair after running over some debris on the highway. Tony and his team got my flat fixed quickly and even took the time to inspect my other tires thoroughly so I wouldn't have any future surprises. Great Job!
