I had a flat on my way to work and I drove to the Collierville location. The guys were so friendly and knowledgeable when they explained to me the procedure and recommendations for my vehicle. Great customer service!!!

Long term customer of Firestone, this location is a good one. AJ always gives the best customer service and the work is always what's expected. They are honest about what they can and can't do. Granted they are a bit pricier for some services, but you get what you pay for.

Best service I ever received! Brought my dodge truck in for an inspection not only they went the extra mile to make my car is save to drive on the road they performed the work fast and efficient! Matt the store manager was very friendly and helped me with every question I had! Mechanic Genna fixed my truck and now it’s drives 100 times better! Will def recommend to get your car fixed there, especially for any mechanical issue or schedule maintenance! They do great work and very honest!

Tonight I pulled into Firestone as an older single mom driving a truck that’s bigger than I’d like to handle, and I needed help fast. Two previous air pumps had already taken my money, and I was facing a dark drive home on back roads with a low tire. I walked in and asked if someone could assist, and immediately a young woman and her coworker came out to help. They didn’t just air up the tire I was struggling with—they checked all of them to make sure I’d get home safely. There are still genuinely good people in this world who show up when it matters, and I’m extremely grateful for their kindness and quick action tonight.

Matt Tullos was amazing. Even with financial difficulties and me not having the best attitude he remained stoic, professional and hospitable. 10/10 recommend nothing but helpful and amazing at his job!
