Firestone Complete Auto Care

All the Employees at Peabody Firestone were amazing today. !! I called around noon on Saturday to see if they could service my cars and they were very friendly and said of course! They serviced my vehicles and were super polite and professional. I will definately come to this location again. 5 stars!! Reasonable price and bale to apply for a Firestone Credit card with no hassle.

Mike is the kindest man. He is professional and just a great person. The service great and I trust them. I have been going there since I got my license on and off, I am almost 53. They had another great manager before Terry. Every time I’ve had a nail in my tire or major work they always take me right in.

We are had a great experience! We had same day service on 4 new tires for our truck. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and presentable. We were really impressed with the service, price, and time it took to get everything done. They staff was very accommodating. It was nice to just be able to get it done this weekend and this was the only place we called that had all season tires in the size we needed for our truck.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Firestone location, but today really stood out. I got a flat overnight and had my car towed here so it would be ready in the morning. The earliest appointment I could book online was 10 a.m., but I called first thing just to confirm my car had arrived safely, and Mike was already on it! They had my tire fixed and ready to go by 8:15 so I still made it to work on time. The service was extremely quick and everyone I spoke to was super friendly and kind. I honestly couldn’t have imagined the situation going any smoother. Highly recommend this team!!

I’ve been to Firestone in Danvers a few times I’ve the last year for various services and each time I was satisfied with the service. Mike always makes the process simple and seamless. I have a warranty on my vehicle from a company who notoriously rejects claims, but Mike has been able to work with them to ensure I’ve been covered each time I come in and I couldn’t be more grateful.
