Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a flat tire this morning and Firestone absolutely came through! Even though they didn’t have all four tires I needed, they had them delivered from another store, fit me in the same day, and were incredibly mindful of the time constraint I shared with them. I needed to be out by a certain time, and they truly made it happen. Excellent service and greatly appreciated!

Made same day appointment for a 4 wheel alignment. Specs weren’t far off (1 minor camber adjustment of RF). Service manager asked why I came in today. I explained we had just purchased tires (elsewhere) and were told that it needed an alignment based on old tire wear characteristics. Because the alignment was in specs, he only charged for an alignment check and suggested we come back in after a month or so to check the tire wear. I was very impressed with SM’s candor and will plan to be back for that check!

Jose was super helpful up front and made the process seamless. He explained everything really well in a way that was easy to understand. Chris worked on my car and did quality work. They mentioned my battery was showing as having potential issues, but explained that the tests were not indicating a need to change it now. They told me what to look out for and were super honest about the urgency of the work that may be needed.

Jamie, the manager and his staff were very courteous, knowledgeable and very helping when it came to my automotive needs. They got the job done!

Great experience! I had a concern about a sound, and they were able to fit me right in to get looked at. No pushy salesmanship about the work they recommended I have done soon - I was able to walk away with peace of mind about my immediate automobile safety AND a written estimate to budget with for the near future. I'll be back!
