John at the shop on McGregor in Fort Myers is very patient with waiting on the replies for the company vehicle to approve the work to be done. It took a week for approval and then the guidelines to follow for the company agreement out of the normal contract to fix took some patience. I was assisted by Gio. He was amazing . I called him one week about a quote and he kept it on hold for me. I didn’t like the price and he found a better and more reasonable price in my budget with good quality tires. And orchestrated amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend coming here. I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever! Before arriving, I ran diagnostics on my vehicle and communicated the issue in detail over the phone. I was provided a price based on that information. When I arrived, the total was more than two hundred dollars higher with no warning, no explanation, and no clear communication of what had changed. I was also met with unnecessary pushback from the mechanics when I asked clarifying questions about the problem and the recommended repairs. As a woman dealing with car issues, this felt condescending and dismissive and only reinforced the feeling that I was being taken advantage of.
