They installed new, brighter headlights in my car. This involved removing the front tires and more. When they were completed, the new lights looked great. I noticed that there was a circular plastic fastener that was no longer flush as it should be once they were completed. The splash guards were not flush to the fender either. There were missing fasteners there as well. The technician said they were not there when I brought the car in 2 hours earlier. There was a clear separation from the fender. He agreed to go in and get some sort of fasteners and was able to attach the driver side easily. The passenger side was more difficult for him. 1st Firestone in Knightdale cancelled my appt and took walk ins after being 15 mins late there is a large amount of traffic in that area being 7 minutes away means nothing when you are stuck and can’t move due to congestion as many times as I go to Firestone and have to wait and nevermind ever being taken as a walk in. I went to where I know in garner Lauren is the manager and she is great makes good on her work and holds service accountable. Price for 2 tires is insane and of course the new prices are sad for servicing not to mention long wait and yes they took me in at another site it still was a ridiculous wait time and for nearly 700 dollars for two tires absolutely outrageous. Firestone in general had definitely gone down hill in the last 5 years. Scheduled an appointment for 7am when I got the they didn’t have the appointment scheduled. Came in for a simple screw removal and 45 mins later they pulled the vehicle in and proceeded to open the hood and “inspect” the vehicle. If they spent more time working on the reason for bringing the vehicle in they would get more accomplished. But the customer service has really gone down hill over the years. Been super happy with discount tire going there from now on.

Very friendly and helpful representative at the front counter. She told me about current offers and already placed one on my order for my oil change. They started my appointment on time. Easy process.

I took my car in a few months ago for tires and brakes. My experience was fantastic. From start to finish Lauren was honest about availability and time constraints. She did tell me I needed to drop off so I did. All the staff I encountered were very kind and considerate and even fun. The price was exactly what she went over at drop off except for tax and as a woman, I felt confident in what she told me and sold me. This Firestone is not the closest to me but because of their fantastic customer service I will always go back.
