Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an outstanding experience at the Firestone in Green Valley, Arizona! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They listened carefully to my concerns about my vehicle and provided clear, honest recommendations without any pressure. The service was lightning-fast, and they went above and beyond to ensure my car was running perfectly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the team kept me updated throughout the process. I’m beyond impressed with their expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Firestone to everyone! Thank you for making car maintenance a breeze!

The 2 lady's up front were amazing, knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice too. Best price of the 3 I checked as well. Highly recommend

I had a nail and they fixed it with new tires! Great pricing, great service and super customer service! Thank you all for your help and for allowing me to work in your waiting room on my day off ! 🤗 Hubby said we will be back!

First time using this facility and I will be back. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is amazing.. Had just a tire replacement but their complete review of my car was above and beyond my expectations. My thanks to Crystal who was the tech who did my tire changes. Well done!!

Horrible customer service my wife took our suv mind you it’s had work done here in the past she was told it would get done by the end of the day and it was fine to be dropped off only to get a call later telling me they most likely wouldn’t get it done that day so after going back and forward they tried getting it done then called me again telling they couldn’t work on it since they had 26 inch rim I feel like this is information they need to get before agreeing to work on a vehicle definitely need more training on their employees would not recommend this place. Don’t ever plan on taking my vehicles here again.
