Firestone Complete Auto Care

Terrible service. I took my car in to have the rack and pinion, tie rod end, and alignment replaced. They charged me 3k for everything, and when I picked up my car, the check engine light, ABS light, and SH AWD light were all on, and it was making a really bad noise. I took the car back because the alignment wasn't straight. When I went back and explained the noise, they told me I had bad rotors, a part I had recently replaced, but it wasn't bad until they started repairing it. What they actually did was a TERRIBLE service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And to top it all off, they did a diagnostic that I didn't ask for and charged me for it. SHITTY SERVICE

Excellent experience here. Stetson took great care of me went above and beyond on getting things approved by my warranty that most places wouldn’t have. I always take my vehicle to this Firestone. I needed an oil change and winter package. They got me in the next day at the time I requested. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They always help with adding the appropriate coupons, which is much appreciated. I have never had a bad experience.
