Firestone Complete Auto Care

*Very Good* made an appointment online to get new tires and windshield wipers. The staff were very friendly. The garage is very big they have the ability to work on many vehicles at once. The staff were knowledgeable. They were okay with my service dog, Abel, hanging around with me. The service was very good I wish it could have been a little faster but we're in an ever-growing world and patience is a virtue for a reason. I've been going here for 7 years now. Rachael is a very knowledgeable service tech and very friendly. Management and staff are very honest and ready to do what is asked for service. I've had some pretty tough jobs done very quickly, I'm always surprised. Can't go wrong with a CVI and oil change deal! Get your car looked at, they have seen many makes and models over many years and know more about most cars than most shops so accumulatively.

I know i was pretty late in the day to try and have my car looked at but After being turned down by old guy at mavis down the block, came to check out Firestone and Rachel was very friendly, helpful and caring. Both Rachel and jarred helped me understand the issues i was having on my car even visually in the shop as well which is great to see.

I had a very dissatisfactory experience at this Firestone Complete Care location. The attendant was rude on multiple occasions, extremely dismissive, and very impersonal. His tone was disrespectful while giving instructions, to the point where I decided not to give them my business at all. What made the experience even worse is that this behavior wasn’t limited to just me — I observed the same lack of care and professionalism toward other customers during my visit. This was my second time at this location, and it will definitely be my last. Customer service is just as important as the work being done, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that area.
