His team got me in and out in a timely manner while still ensuring everything I asked was completed correctly. I’ll definitely be returning to purchase my tires within the next few months. These guys deserve more than 5 stars! They’re all very nice, knowledgeable, and hard workers. They explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, photos and all. Great business with wonderful mechanics and employees!

Chris at Firestone was so helpful today. He helped with low tire pressure from the cold temperatures. I have been constantly impressed with this business but their customer service today took it over the top. Thanks for watching out for our community and being honest whenever I have needed help.

I was able to schedule next day work, it was quick and I was back on my way. The technician identified the issue immediately, and the replacement valve stem is working, tire is holding air. Also always good conversations with the employees while I wait. The team here are the best.

Took in my daughter’s Ford Focus today for a low tire issue. Even on a busy Saturday, they were fast, friendly, and prompt. They showed us the screw in the tire and were upfront about it being fixable with a patch. In the past, I’ve had other places push me to buy a new tire instead of repairing one, but these guys were honest and straightforward. Great experience and I’ll definitely be back!
