I popped a tire at 2:42pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. Figured I wouldn’t be able to get it changed until the following day which was a problem because I had plans Saturday evening. Was able to get it towed to Firestone by 3:30pm. Cat was lovely to work with. She was patient, caring, and helpful! They were able to change my tire and get realigned before they closed at 6 so I didn’t have to wait until Sunday or Monday. Very well ran shop and would highly recommend.

I came in to Firestone to get all my tires replaced, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, explained my options clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The wait time was reasonable, and they kept me updated while the work was being done. The new tires feel great on the road, and they made sure everything was balanced and aligned properly. Pricing was fair and exactly what they quoted. Overall, solid service and I’d definitely come back for future maintenance.

Clean store and waiting area. Got me right in before my actual appointment time. Finished sooner than expected. Store manager and staff were exceptional. Price was actually less than quoted when I made my appointment. Great experience and trust this location.

Awesome service team! I went there for a possible leak or clogged AC system due to the water that keeps dripping in my SUV's front passenger side dashboard. I was already thinking about the cost. When I went there, the mechanic took my car inside and did something to remove the water out in less than 5 minutes. The Best thing? They didn't charge me a penny! Such a blessing!
