Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a blow out on my dually 6 hours into a 14 hour trip. I called to see if they had the tires and they only had one. I needed to get all new tires around soon anyway so I asked if they could get more. The manager Nick drove to two other stores to get the 5 tires needed. Service was great. They let me park my loaded trailer behind their shop while the truck was getting the tires on.

Was suppose to get my tires rotated at 5pm today but I got to lenoir city earlier than expected. Mr. Peter at the front desk was very kind and understanding and got me in next since there was another open bay. I was able to eat lunch and Aubrey’s and my car was already done. Great customer service and quick rotations as well. They also made me aware of my battery which was nice of them to check more than just the tires. GO TO FIRESTONE IN LC and see Peter and his staff.

I made an appointment to have my Firestone tires rotated and an oil change at 10:00 am on March 3rd 2026 my wife brought the car in. The service took 2-1/2 hours to complete, come on Firestone you can do better than that especially with an appointment.

The staff here has great communication! I 100% approve of the staff. The work they do is good. I do trust them! However, the labor costs are what you'd expect from a Firestone. I brought my son's vehicle because it just needed a full inspection and multiple random items fixed. I made my mind up this was where I was going, everything I wanted got fixed. I left with knowledge of what was coming in the future but was not willing to pay for right now. My goal was accomplished at the max price I was willing to pay just to get it done. I probably could have saved $150 to $200 but it's just what I needed to get done immediately and conveniently. Would I go here again. Yes, but my purse and immediate access would determine it.

Roy is an excellent sales team member. I bought 2 tires and had my two remaining tires balanced. One of the old tires blew out on the freeway and since the lug nuts were properly torqued I could change the flat in the field. I was still on time for an important medical appointment!
