I’m a Life Coach, a former Career Coach and Recruiter, and also currently a coach who provides Business Strategy and Interview Coaching. This feedback is based on 20 years experience in coaching. Nick, and the other team members “exceeded” my expectations on a recent visit to Firestone Complete Care at Johnnie Dodds Blvd in Mount Pleasant, SC, to replace brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid. It was also their recommendation to replace wipers blades front and back. Just one week earlier I had been there for an oil change. Nick is amazing @ multi-tasking and makes every customer feel like he is focusing on their needs, even with phones ringing, walk in customers, and a lobby and waiting area full of people. I had an excellent experience with Firestone. The tire service was incredibly quick, reasonably priced, and truly professional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time—something you don’t always get these days. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had me back on the road much faster than expected. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Firestone to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and high-quality tire service. I will definitely be back!

Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!!! my parents have been having some problems with their Chevy Tahoe lately so i decided to bring it to Firestone Mount Pleasant for them to get it looked at. Joe & Kristopher were both so pleasant and professional and had an answer to every question there was about our vehicle. They had a diagnostic in MINUTES and ended up saving my dad’s motor. I feel very secure now that i know my parents are able to get around safely without any issues. highly recommend!!!.

5 stars - came in late night with a totally off the wall vehicle issue - the team had it resolved by 830AM the next morning and did not gouge on the price. Thank you Jordan, Nick, and Christopher, y'all are the best.

I’ve been going to this shop for I think over a decade at this point. What kept me a loyal customer waa the consistent service, the honesty with what actually needs to be done to your car and their efforts to find you the best price. The last few times I’ve been in it hasn’t been that. For example, the last time I took my car in with a scheduled appointment, I was told at a max 1 hour. It took 4 hours. With me waiting on my vehicle. The last few times, the “recommended services” have been outside of whats actually needed. For example, they told me I needed a new windshield wipers in my last appointment. My windshield wipers are brand new if they chose to actually look at them. The reason that they said that was because of streaky marks. Little did they realize that the streaky marks were a
