I went to get flat repair however, the tire can’t be fixed. No worries. I ask for the spare to be put on and it was. I get home to find my aftermarket wheel in bed of truck without the centerpiece. I go back to the store to retrieve the centerpiece and it can’t be found. I also got new wiper blades, technician put wrong blade on drivers side. I had to return to get this corrected. Lack of knowledge or plan lazy, not sure. Don’t go here unless you have no other choice.

This is the best firestone around Murfreesboro area. They go way beyond your normal repair to make sure everything is taken care of and also let you know things that would need attention in near future. Very pleased based on my numerous servicing trips over past two years and would highly recommend them.

I was previously going to the firestone on Thompson lane but switched to this location. WHY didn't I do this sooner? The guys there are nice, helpful. Have not done a heavy sales pitch on me for other stuff. I had two tires from firestone, mine had blown out. They didn't give me a hard time about rotating them for free. I wish they actually reserved a spot for appointments but I understand that people probably no show all the time. I appreciate them and hope I find a good one like this when I move to FLA and will be getting my next set of tires there!

Wow! I’ve been in the auto industry for 28 years, and this Firestone on Murfreesboro Franklin Road truly stands out. Mike and Manager Bill were outstanding from the moment I walked in. Mike was personable, transparent, and fast, and both he and Bill made the entire service experience easy and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a team this genuine and customer-focused. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.

Best Experience I have ever had at one of these locations. I have been going to the Thompson Ln location for 14+ years and it has always been a toss up on how the work was going to go and I usually felt pressure into buying more or spending more as I would get calls regarding vehicles service but it would also include trying to sell me on something or other. Not with the Franklin Rd location. I had gone to Thompson and walked into the manager of the location looking disgruntled as always, a woman getting angry due to price of work, more angry customers, and loud children that made the feel of the location hectic and sad.
