I went here and requested that my speedometer needed a diagnostic test, the mechanic said they could do it. Now, I had to wait longer than expected. finally I asked the front end what is taking so long cause it’s just a diagnostic, after he went a spoke to the mechanic, thats when the mechanic plugged a machine into the car to run codes. Then I got to talking to front end and I asked if I could have a print out, he said there printer wasn’t working, then i asked could you email diagnostic results to me and he said we are not allowed to. Then I asked where is your manager and he said one of the mechanics in the back is the closest thing to a manager, cause the actual manager is not in. I said I need results specifically on my speedometer and guess what he said, the diagnostic does

We were on vacation and had driven up from Florida when a low tire pressure light came on. Not wanting to take any chances, we stopped at Firestone in Orangeburg, SC to have the tires checked. Anisha the store manager got our vehicle in quickly and Anthony the mechanic checked all the tires for damage and put in the correct pressure for all tires. Thanks for the great service.

I came in for an oil change on October 6th, 2025 at 1 p.m. I was informed that my car was ready around 1:40 p.m. I was grateful for the quick service and drove off soon after, but I immediately realized something was wrong. My car began shaking violently and even started to cut off, so I turned around right away. When the mechanic checked the oil in front of me, I noticed that nothing dripped off the oil stick, though I didn’t think much of it in the moment because I was panicking. I waited outside for about 30 minutes for an update, but when I went back inside, the mechanics went back out instead of updating me.
