They do a great job of caring for customers! They ordered my tires and let me come in ahead of my appointment to put them on. After the fact, they found a coupon for me that saved me some cash. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was actually in the lobby when this most recent review happened, and everything that was said sounded correct to me. Jason did exactly what he was supposed to do, remained professional, and genuinely tried to help as best he could. I know their main priority is keeping people safe, and if they feel a new tire is needed versus repairing it, I personally trust their judgment. I’m a single mom of three and barely make ends meet, and Jason has always helped me and has always been 100% honest about what I truly need to keep myself and my kids safe. I’ve never once felt taken advantage of. Because of that, I won’t go anywhere else.

I was very impressed with the two gentlemen working at the front desk. They were kind, polite, attentive to each customer and good at keeping those waiting for their cars updated on the progress of the repair. It was a pleasant experience and my car was fixed, too.

Absolutely appalled by the mechanic staff here, today (2/14/2026). The man who ran the front desk today was wonderful and so very kind. My husband and I had brought our vehicle in for it to have its oil and windshield wipers replaced. The staff weren’t completely sure where they had parked our vehicle (that was fine we didn’t mind walking around to search for it). However we accidentally walked past and the mechanic staff had came out and pointed where it was. One of them, a man wearing an American flag bandanna had called us “retards” because we didn’t see our car and that we walked past it. I do expect an in-person apology from this staff member to both my husband and I, as well as for there to be repercussions for this incident. The guys tonight were great but I am fed up with the new store manager Jason. The last two times I have gone in for service it took two trips to get the work done properly. This last time Jason told my wife I needed a new tire because it was full of thorns and couldn’t be repaired. When she took it back she asked to see all the thorns. It was one thorn so they offered to patched it. No new tire needed. Could have been done the first time. She feels like Jason was just taking advantage of her as a female trying to sell a tire. None of the other employees act like him. She is refusing to take it in for me again if he is working. He needs to go or just close the doors now.
