I called this location of Firestone last minute because I had a nail in my tire and I operate a pilot car business and my client was ready to go. They told me to come on in and they would see what they could do.. once I got there they took me straight back and started the process of repairing.. Jake who also is a manager of some sort took care of me because all the other workers were busy with other customers. I thought this was great because my client was waiting and I was pushed for time and instead of just telling me to wait until someone was available he took it upon his self to jump right in there and fix things. After visiting a tires plus in Lakeville and a firestone in Apple valley to have a alignment completed and after many arguments with both about why the steering wheel is turned to the left and the car pulls right on flat roads, not to mention the front tires are wearing bad on the inside edges. I went to Owatonna because the vehicle has a lifetime alignment package and this time I found a very competent service writer and a true professional for a mechanic. He took the time to get the alignment correct both toe and camber and then drove it, came back and recheck the alignment on the machine and corrected any issues. Awesome guys to work with!! Had a transmission light come on during a road trip and pulled off at Owatonna right away. Found this Firestone and so happy I did. These gentlemen were so good at pinpointing the problem and a major mistake made by a previous garage that could have cost me my transmission. Firestone did such a fine job at this issue that I scheduled tire replacement and an alignment for a few days later. Very pleased and may make it my stopping place when I travel that way.
