To all those who had positive reviews about this place, mine is very negative. I left my car with a damaged driver's side tire on Monday afternoon, January 12, 2025. Tuesday and Wednesday passed. Of course, I checked with the sellers about when my car would be ready. The first day after dropping it off, Tuesday, they said they were very busy and couldn't fix my problem. Wednesday came, and there were no advance phone calls about the status of my car's repair. Wednesday came, I called again to see how my car was being repaired, and they said they couldn't do anything today either. I arrived around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and told them I was taking my car to another location because I couldn't wait any longer. Patrick and Johnny were extremely professional and provided all the important information about my car. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and addressed every concern I had. I will definitely make this location my go-to for all my car care needs.

Made an appointment to have wheels balanced and had the car in within minutes of arrival. Made me aware of a small problem that could not be resolved immediately, but no high pressure - just good info. The ride is now as smooth as I had hoped.

This Firestone location on Rand Road in Palatine is awesome! They took great care of me, installing all four tires and thoroughly inspecting the entire suspension. Daniel, Patrick, and the mechanic Johnny were all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They created a very friendly and welcoming environment, and I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with their service. Thank you all very much — keep up the great work!

On Sunday night I got a flat tire and needed it to be fixed before work on Monday. I called ahead and the worker was so nice and accommodating that they were able to squeeze me into a 7:00am the next morning for my tire to be fixed so I can get to work on time. They only took 30 minutes which gave me plenty of time to get to work earlier that expected! They were all so amazing and very helpful with all services!
