Arrived at 11:00AM left at 1:30PM for a simple oil change and tire rotation, also booked online in advance. This was just a random Tuesday during work hours. The price for all this was $131.13. I didn't have a problem with the quality of service, but the time and price is a 1/5 compared to competitors.

Brent made my stressful day 10x better with his quick actions and positive attitude. I had a very bad experience with Enterprise and Brent was very considerate and very apologetic for my unfortunate circumstances. This is a very good employee that takes pride in what he does!

Since moving to Omaha in the beginning of 2000, I have always enjoyed the "Hometown mechanics" type that works on ones vehicle. Since growing up in Loup City, and near Arcadia, NE for many years, that style has been tough to find in the bigger cities. 😎 Since being here for the last 25 years, i have been to a few different mechanics trying them out from friends recommendations and they have been good. But one I come back to, is Firestone. I have enjoyed the quality of the work done, fair prices, customer service top notch, and there are many different locations too. 😊 Today, I am having quite a bit done with front & back premium brakes, rotors, brake flush, wheel/balance with rotation of my tires, alignment and a few other details too. I am at the Shadow Lake location near 72nd & HWY 370.

Do not go here. I brought my car here to figure out the type of tires best suited for my vehicle. Made an appointment for a week or so later. 20-35 minutes later got informed that the tires did not fit. They then told me that they could order them and get them in within a day or two. Fast forward to me going to a different shop. Just to get informed that the tire that was ordered and replaced was still not the correct size. What a joke.

Tony and Carlin really helped me out a few weeks ago. I had a flat when visiting Omaha and they were the only tire shop that had the tires I needed. I arrived with the tow truck maybe 20 min before they closed and Tony and Carlin stayed over 1 hour past close to get my new tires put on and saved me from being stranded in Omaha overnight. Excellent customer service and happy with my tires.
