Firestone Complete Auto Care

My experience at Firestone in Raymore has always been very good at this location, and today they exceeded expectation:) The whole team there is very efficient and very courteous to all the customers that come in and out of the store. I had the opportunity to sit there for a little bit as my car was getting some work done on it and observing everyone in there was very interesting because we do not give enough credit to the men that work there. One in particular shines bright, Caleb, always with a smile and very informative. His customer service is top-notch and he always takes the time to explain everything to you. Thanks again for everything you guys do there and keep it up because there’s a ton of people who don’t write a review who I know leave that place feeling like they were taken car

Brought my 1992 Toyota Celica GT in for inspection and was very pleased with the entire process. The staff were very polite, and professional. They kept me updated and was only there for approximately 1 hour from beginning to end. I have some other, non-inspection work to be done and will definitely be taking it back to Firestone because of their honestly professionalism. I would highly recommend this Firestone location. Love it that they are in our community.

Got a full set of tires. The guys got me in same day. Also got an inspection and an alignment. They were polite and courteous and very professional but also casual. They didn't push anything I didn't need. Will Def recommend and return to. I live in the Northland and drove here for the service because I heard it was very good. I heard right 👍

Great service at this location! I have been going to this location for around 6 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Growing up in the auto industry I am comfortable with most maintenance items but there are some fixes I do not have the time or tools to complete. The staff here never upsells me (or pushy) and their pricing is decent when compared to other shops. Special shoutout to Caleb who always treats me with respect; I appreciate the transparency and conversations we have at the shop. Will definitely keep going to this Firestone 👍🏼👍🏼

Conner was fantastic to work with. My son has a blowout Saturday evening and was scheduled to leave town on Sunday. We set an appointment for Sunday with our local Firestone. We found out when we arrived that they did not have the tires in stock but confirmed Lee's Summit did have them. We dropped off his car they were able to get his car squeezed in and new tires put on. My son was on his way in a few short hours. I applaud both stores for helping out in this situation. Everyone at both stores was very helpful and knowledgeable. My family will be coming back in the future.
