Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone is not my reliable Auto care anymore. I selected Firestone because it was good when I visited one of the branch last year at Brice road but they are not good in this year.I made an online schedule today at 4pm for oile change at 7085 East main Street Columbus OH. After I arrived at thier front desk at 3:55, I am told that "we don't give service after 3 pm." I said why you let me came and why not call me to cancel my appointment? Customer aervice at front desk just said sorry about that. I think the central schedule doesn't work for branch services or not communicating each other. I am so frustrating that bieng refused a service after a 8 miles drive. No active response , not reliable and no customer care.

Great experience with Ron and Tony! The guys got me in and out quickly with no sales pressure tactics to get extra services done. Told me the basic bare bones of what I needed and what I can plan for in the future that needs done. Exceptional service! 6 stars to the staff!

Tony made sure everything was explained clearly, and his team worked quickly while still paying attention to every detail. The service was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer care — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Disappointed doesn't cover it. I want to like this place, but man, they make it hard to come back. Got an oil change/tire rotation and they told me a needed my brakes done. The tech made it clear that I shouldn't wait. Oil change appointment? Went great. Office personnel and tech were both super kind and helpful. Was really pleased with their customer service. So, I called to make an appointment for my brakes. I called because I wanted to be sure that I wasn't surprising them with an appointment and that everything would be smooth. Day of the appointment, drop my car off, confirm it should be a couple hours. 15min before close still no word. So I call, they say they'll check the status. When they come back to the phone, they tell me they haven't even started on my car, they never got the p
