We were in town for a long holiday weekend and had a problem with a fleet vehicle. Gordon, Alex, and Dylan were very helpful and professional to work the process with us to replace all four tires and get us back on the road in a timely manner. Highly professional and honest shop. There’s nothing more frustrating than car trouble on vacation. The guys at Firestone were sympathetic, friendly and fast. They pulled the nailed, patched the hole, and (even though they were busy) worked us in to get the job done in no time. Less than $25. Thank you!

During a trip to the area, we experienced a flat tire on a Saturday night. We were able to make an appointment for Sunday at noon to replace two tires. The service advisor called in advance to double check the tire size; he was able to locate the tires we needed. The tires were changed in a very timely manner, and we were out the door in about an hour. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and professional. We would highly recommend to our friends and family in the area!

I will not return to this shop. They are apparently understaffed and seem to have a difficult time understanding the problem being conveyed. Also more training on the computer would be a plus. I was going to be charged for something that was covered under road hazard. Had to get them to change that. I knew the tire was repairable, which is why I took it there. They said it was repairable (at first) I got there at 5pm. Come 7pm at closing time miraculously my tire is no longer repairable, it’s ruined. 🙄 (I get it, they were ready to go home, but my time is important as well) They would have to order me another one and, I would have to come back later when the tire came in. If I was to choose that route my tire should have been prorated, but it was not and they wanted $250 to replace it. I a
