Firestone Complete Auto Care

Sarah was super helpful and gave great recommendations and made sure to get us the best price! We got 4 tires done right before Christmas. I was thankful to get a time slot with pretty short notice. I will definitely get tires here again… and tell others also! I’ve also got my oil changed here. It took a little longer than expected but they did a thorough inspection which I didn’t expect! They gave me a list of future things with prices and times, super helpful. Sarah was honest about how much longer everything could wait, too, which I appreciate when we need to save up for future maintenance costs!

Sara was absolutely amazing! She moved me up in line to check my oil level because she knew it would be under 5 minutes and they were very busy. She was indeed welcoming and answered all of my questions in a simple, understandable way.

These guys are awesome! I went in to get new tires and an oil change. The spare wouldn't drop and they went above and beyond to try and get it down. Unfortunately it wouldn't work, but they suggested to give the WD40 more time to work to loosen up. They just didn't want me to have to continue to wait around any longer than I already had. They didn't push any additional "findings" on me (which was great). They were so great and polite, from the start when I booked the appointment to the time they gave me the keys back. Well I was hoping not to have to post a review about my service ay Sheboygan Firestone, but they have left me with no choice. Well, I had a 4 tire mount and balance. Job done a few weeks back at sheboygan firestone. I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for the job, but due to inexperienced technicians, this routine job took 3.5 hours. I was not really too upset with the extended time, as the receptionist informed me that the tech had only done one other tire mounting job before, so I understood his inexperience was a factor. The upsetting part was once I got my vehicle home and cleaned all the tire goop off of my rims and tires. I had noticed that there was substantial damage to all four of my very expensive wheels. Sheboygan Firestone came through for my family at a time in which I hate asking - right before Christmas! It turns out nearly everybody in my immediate family needed tires. My daughter was setting an appointment when I remembered my wife's car had a tire with a slow leak and so it was time to taken care of it and the rest of the tires as well. The next day I looked at my sons car and saw a living nightmare in his tires and it became time to replace all four! These people were fantastic, took care of us, got it done in a very timely fashion and helped us get the best price for which we could have hoped.
