Bayan was absolutely amazing. After having our tire blow out on the side of the Ohio Turnpike, we made it the 10 miles to Strongsville, OH where Bayan made us, our 8 year old daughter, and our 2 year old GoldenDoodle feel safe and warm. Now we can safely make it all the way to Eastern PA! Thank you Firestone! And thank you for the adventure.

My husband took our car here on Sunday at 11am for a simple issue. We called ahead and made an appointment. We were told it would be looked at first thing on Monday morning, and would be the techs first car to look at at 7am, and we'd receive the diagnostics early Monday morning as they had a slow day on Monday. We called at 5pm on Monday after not hearing anything, and they said they hadn't gotten around to it yet, and promised they would on Tuesday. Again, we heard nothing all day Tuesday, called at 5pm and were told they still hadn't even brought it into the shop. We actually needed our car and the issue wasn't mechanical, so we decided to go and get the car back. I just had a service done here for all new tires and decided to wait the hour and a half. I had an amazing customer service experience from the Service Manager Bayan and other employees. Such a welcoming and positive environment!

Guys, this place is horrible. I bought four new tires about a month and a half ago, and three of them went flat while I was driving. This is not a coincidence. I honestly can’t find the words to describe how bad this place is. After this experience, it’s clear how poorly they sell tires. I’m attaching the photos.

Wonderful service. I had a tire losing air in the middle of a snowstorm and stopped in without an appointment … on a Sunday. They were pleasant, helpful, and had my tire fixed quickly. At a super reasonable price! I’ll definitely go back
