The woman at the front desk was nice. That’s where the positives end for this place. Made a reservation for an oil change 24 hrs. in advance. Still waited an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. Noticed my car was as on the lift for a really long time with no work being done. I inquired, and the woman said, oh they’re done, but the mechanic just left it there because he recommends getting new tires. Ffs 🤦🏽 Suggestion: do the work I came there for with efficiency and then recommend other services. Don’t make me wait way longer than necessary, and then recommend I get more work done.

Service was quick, workmanship was high-quality, the staff was friendly, relatable, passionate about what they did, and it was fairly priced Happy to have found this team here in Charleston, will be returning in the future

I had a great experience today! I went for a standard oil change. Cody, the one at the front, was very attentive, professional, & patient with everyone he encountered. I was kept updated on the service being provided as well. The workers also worked diligently! Will definitely be returning to this store specifically to get a new tire I know I need!!!

The staff was professional when I arrived. They made me aware of my automotive most pressing issues. what I thought was the problem with my vehicle ,it wasn't that at all. I'm glad they found those issues, now I can travel worry free.
